We care for our products and we obviously do everything we can to get them to you in tiptop condition. Yet, an order can get damaged during transport or something else can occur that allows you to claim the warranty. You are legally obliged to inform us within two months after discovery of the defect. When the defect is under warranty we will ensure repair or replacement free of charge.

We recommend you first communicate any complaints by e-mailing to [email protected] When this does not lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation through the Dutch foundation Webwinkelkeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. As from the 15th of February 2016 it is also possible for consumers within the European Union to report complaints through the ODR platform of the European Committee. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. When your complaint isn’t already pending elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
